BIO 200 Fundamentals of Pathophysiology
2 CreditsThis course is an introduction to the pathophysiologic mechanisms of disease. The course focuses on foundational concepts of pathophysiology, such as cell injury, inflammation, fever, healing, and immunity. Also studied are the systemic pathophysiology of blood disorders, heart, kidney, bone, muscle, lung, and the gastrointestinal tract.
Prerequisite(s): BIO 108 / BIO 118 or BIO 206 / BIO 216
