ECON 201 Macroeconomics
3 CreditsStudents examine the major concepts, principles, and institutions related to the economy as a whole. Topics include aggregate supply and demand; gross national product; national income accounting, consumption; saving; investment; money and banking; unemployment; and inflation. The monetary and fiscal policies that are necessary to manage the economy are also studied.
Prerequisite(s): MATH 103 or MATH 110 (either with a minimum grade of C) and sophomore status.
