Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the enrollment process including admission, deposits, and enrollment stages for the Enrollment Management team.
• Coordinates and verifies data for application decision releases within the CRM (Technolutions Slate) & SIS (Colleague).
• Coordinates external mailings for admitted students and manages returned mail.
• Manages the deposit process and communication sequence for all enrolling students at the University.
• Serves all students who interact with the Enrollment Management Unit using independent judgement.
• Maintains, fosters, and leads a commitment to excellent customer service with prospective students, their parents and other visitors and contacts through the office.
• Actively assists with the day-to-day task management of the student workers.
• Effectively manages shared email addresses and office telephones, including the responses and tracking of communications.
• Assists with database management and annual maintenance; maintains a high level of knowledge of the extensive academic programs and offerings of the institution, and appropriately communicate requirements and information to prospective students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in recruitment/admissions preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with a diverse population.
• Ability to maintain and manage information and documentation accurately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management needed.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and managerial skills.
• Must demonstrate a high aptitude for problem solving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be goal oriented, self-motivated, and flexible.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with university and health care system officials to manage affiliation agreements for every active clinical site.
• Places students in their clinical externship/practicum experience
• Provides students with clinical site information for clinical rotation, practicum, and/or externship.
• Attends community meetings and networking opportunities to promote the university.
• Locates and evaluates potential clinical sites.
• Works with sites in a cooperative effort to provide quality learning experiences for students.
• Properly responds to any issues that arise while the student is completing their externship/practicum.
• Ensures all correspondence with clinical sites is completed each term, including but not limited to letters of attestation, agreements, and site requirements.
• Updates clinical rotation and practicum documents, policies, and procedures as necessary and upon approval of the Associate Dean & Program Coordinators.
• Maintains ongoing communication with site supervisors/coordinators.
• Works cooperatively and collaboratively with other departments.
• Travels to clinical and preceptor sites, both in the area and outside of the area, as necessary.
• Ensures compliance with academic and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with University offices, administrators, faculty, and staff to provide comprehensive student placement in clinical areas.
• Completes required reports for the University, School of Nursing and Health Sciences, and the Nursing Department.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in nursing with experience in advising, counseling, and/or teaching.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a health care system.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and explain preceptorship policies and procedures.
• Ability to multitask.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to display positive and professional attitude to students, staff, clinical sites, and faculty.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and/or the ability to travel to clinical sites.
• Excellent oral and written communications; detail oriented.
• Skills in building interpersonal relationships; leadership and management.
• Knowledge of FERPA and HIPAA regulations.

• Support the teachers with the implementation of a developmentally appropriate and diverse curriculum that supports the overall development of preschool age children (3-5 years of age).
• The Child Development Center (CDC) is a state licensed child-care facility and enrolls children of Neumann University students, faculty, administration, staff, and from the surrounding community.
• This position is Monday through Friday, 7:15 a.m.to 12:30 p.m., September through June annually, with the possibility of working the summer programming.

• Associate’s degree in early childhood education or 30 college credits in education, or a CDA and experience with children in an early learning setting.

The TRIO/Student Support Services Program at Neumann University is currently seeking qualified applicants to tutor in the any of the following areas: reading/literacy (effective collegiate reading/study skills), business statistics, accounting, chemistry, biology, and anatomy & physiology. Responsibilities include: assisting students one-on-one in weekly scheduled appointments (in-person or virtual); identifying essential information; clarifying course content; supporting students in the development of appropriate research and study strategies; maintaining and submitting weekly electronic reports of services provided; reporting information about student progress to the TRIO director and coordinator.

Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree and experience working with diverse student populations; fine-tuned interpersonal and organizational skills; computer literacy; and work a flexible schedule.
