Bachelor’s in Business Administration – Learning Outcomes
- Understand and be able to explain key business principles, theories, quantitative formulas, and models.
- Develop effective oral and written communication skills.
- Use critical thinking to analyze problems or situations.

Human Resources:
- Complete job analyses and write professional job descriptions.
- Design and evaluate recruiting programs, competitive salaries, benefit packages, and training programs.
- Critique current and emerging performance management systems.
International Business:
- Understand and work within cultural, political, and legal systems to help solve cross-border cases and analyze data from a global perspective.
- Critique strategic international marketing and management practices against the global business environments across countries.
- Compare/contrast your classroom experience to an actual international business by participating in an experiential learning opportunity overseas.
Finance:
- Apply financial planning knowledge in an integrated approach to real-world financial planning.
- Identify the cycle of monetary resource creation and disbursement within a financial institution in line with appropriate regulatory rules.
- Analyze financial statements, calculate firms’ intrinsic value, project their financial futures, and integrate and apply quantitative models in portfolio management.
