Finds Print Books & Ebooks
The Library catalog is pretty comprehensive and can help search for books, eBooks, articles, and films. Be sure you have come to the Library Home Pagevia the MyNU portal and then click Catalog to get started:
You can enter a general search term in the main search bar or use the Advanced Search feature to get more specific. We recommend signing in first so you can save searches and other good results- just use your Neumann username & password!
Using the general search bar, a search for the word beloved returns close to 9,000 results. Note along the left that there is a break down of the different "types" of sources with the word beloved, so one might consider selecting some of the highlighted filters to narrow things down. For example, if I was looking for the book Beloved by Toni Morrison, I could select the "book" filters to eliminate article written about the book.
Or, if I was looking specifically for Beloved by Toni Morrison, I could use the Advanced Searchfeature to enter some specific information and find my book ASAP!
